Men’s Group :: July 2016 News
Hope you’ve been having a great summer with family and friends, and particularly during this past July 4th weekend. I was up to my annual participation in the Walnut Creek Concert Band on the 4th, performing at both Ross Moor & Civic Park, downtown Walnut Creek. A great tuba day for me.
Given our various activities in the summer, it is still my hope that we’ll keep up with our investment in one another, there to keep up with one another in sharing, reflecting upon our spiritual sides reinforced with a Good Word from Pastor Monte. Our format is simple, but taking time out for one another is not. A great gift offered through all of us. So, as usual, Breakfast will be served at 8:30 a.m., with sharing beginning by 9 a.m. Any who want to come early to help in the prep are always welcome. Also, if you have to leave early (before 10:30 a.m.) we’ll understand. Seeing you in small doses is better than not at all. Again, the host site is 5653 Ocean View Dr., Oakland, CA 94618.
I’d so appreciate hearing from you in terms of your attendance or not. Helps me in making adequate preparations.
