Celebrating the Life & Love of Austin Price

Austin Price Memorial Collage

Wednesday, April 17th @ 10:00am

We will be celebrating the life of Austin Price with a memorial service on Wednesday, April 17th at 10am at St. John’s Catholic Church in San Lorenzo.  The church is across the street from San Lorenzo High School, where Austin attended school.  The school is allowing students to attend and so these arrangements accommodate their limited mobility.  I’m grateful for the way in which our Catholic brothers and sisters are so gracious and willing to partner with us in this time of great spiritual need.
I’ll be leading the service with Rev. Abby King Kaiser who was the former pastor of Fruitvale Church.

Please do not contact St. John’s Church regarding the service.

They are not aware of the specifics.
They are loaning their sanctuary as a gift for the memorial service because they anticipate more people than the Funeral Home [Grissom’s San Lorenzo Chapel/Mortuary] with which the Price family is working, can accommodate.

Lewelling Exit
Turn left on Lewelling
Proceed approximately 1/2 mile to St. Johns (on left)

Hesperian Exit

From 238 West
E. 14th St. Exit
Turn right on E. 14th St.

The church has a parking lot, but due to the expected attendance you may have to park on the street.

Contribute to the Austin Price Memorial Fund

You can contribute to the Austin Price Memorial Fund by sending a check payable to College Avenue Presbyterian Church | 5951 College Avenue | Oakland, CA 94618. Be sure to note that it’s for the Austin Price Memorial Fund on the Memo Line of the check. All collected monies – which are tax deductible – will be given to the family to help pay for burial expenses.
