Lent Holy Week Schedule
Holy Week is the week at the center of the Christian story of faith.  From the acclamation of Jesus as Messiah in a palm filled parade into Jerusalem, to the commandment love others like Christ did of through feet-washing and the giving of communion, to the violent horror of the crucifixion, to the unexplainable promise of the empty tomb the multiple services during this seven day period tell us the heart of what Jesus was about and how we live our life in him.

Palm Sunday Service

March 24th @ 10:30am

We’ll decorate easter eggs with our children after worship.

Maundy Thursday Service

March 28th @ 7:00pm

Interactive Prayer Stations and Communion

revolving around the story-telling of the last supper.

Good Friday Services

March 29th @ 12pm

A mid-day service retelling the story

of the crucifixion with a few chants.

This is new this year to make space for those that work

or can’t want to come out at night.

March 29th @  7pm

Our traditional service with Pete leading us in classic gospel songs and we finish with the cross in the garden.

Easter Sunday Celebration

March 31st @ 10:30am

We’ll begin with a parade from BART station  (meet there @ 10:10am, at the Rockridge sign) to worship,

led by our own banjo-carrying pied-piper Pete Feltman.

The day includes an Easter Egg Hunt for children and the arrival of the cross.
